"The Wise Man "
Mini stories are powerful reads and the great thing about them is that they’re very easy to digest and understand the meaning, there’s always something to learn from. And some of them really make you think. Especially this one: “The wise man” Learn and Train your English, getting wise, enjoy the story.
For years people have been coming to the wise man, complaining about the same problems every time. One day, instead of listening to the complaints, he told them a joke and everyone cracked up laughing.
After a couple of minutes, he told them the same joke and only a few of them smiled.
When he told the same joke for the third time no one laughed anymore.
Then the wise man asked why no one was laughing!
One of the group told him: You have told the same joke three times, it's not funny anymore, you are not changing any of it, it's exactly the same joke.
The wise man smiled and said:
“You can’t laugh at the same joke over and over. So why are you always crying and complaining about the same problem over and over, without changing anything?”
Moral of the story:
"Worrying won’t solve your problems, it’ll just waste your time and energy. Stop complaining and do something about it.".

Difficult words:
Digest (to understand information when there is a lot of it or it is difficult or unexpected)
Ex: There was a pause while she digested this piece of news.
Complaining (become healthy again)
Ex: The wound took a long time to heal.
Cracked up laughing (to say that you are not satisfied with something)
Ex: What are you complaining about?
Over and over (repeating many times, again and again)
Ex: We have to explain the same thing over and over before he understands.

Mini histórias são leituras poderosas e a melhor coisa sobre elas é que são muito fáceis de digerir e entender o significado, sempre há algo para aprender. E algumas delas realmente o fazem pensar. Principalmente esta: “O homem sábio” aproveite a história.
Por anos as pessoas têm procurado o homem sábio, reclamando dos mesmos problemas todas as vezes. Um dia, em vez de ouvir as reclamações, ele contou uma piada e todos se racharam de rir.
Depois de alguns minutos, ele contou a mesma piada e apenas alguns sorriram.
Quando ele contou a mesma piada pela terceira vez, ninguém riu mais.
Então o sábio perguntou por que ninguém estava rindo.
Um do grupo lhe disse: Você já contou a piada três vezes, não tem mais graça, você não está mudando nada, é exatamente a mesma piada.
O sábio sorriu e disse:
“Você não pode rir da mesma piada continuamente. Então, por que você está sempre chorando e reclamando do mesmo problema continuamente, sem mudar nada? ”
Moral da história:
Preocupar-se não resolverá seus problemas, apenas desperdiçará seu tempo e energia. Pare de reclamar e faça algo a respeito.
